Who you're buying from

What you're buying
Listing Reset is a written deliverable: a new listing title, a rewritten property description, a recommended photo sequence, a pricing comparison against comparable properties, guest message templates, and a ranked list of suggested improvements. It is delivered as an editable document.
Timeline
Delivery within 7 calendar days of payment and receipt of everything needed to start: your listing URL and access to your current photos. If those arrive later than payment, the 7 days start when they do.
Revisions
One round of revisions is included, requested within 14 days of delivery. Revisions cover changes to the work delivered. New scope — a second property, a different platform — is quoted separately.
Payment
Payment is due in full before work begins, by card through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
Refunds
Full refund if you cancel before work has started.
50% refund if you cancel after work has started but before delivery.
No refund after the deliverable has been sent, since the work is complete and the document is yours to keep.
If the deliverable does not include something listed above, tell me and I will complete it or refund you in full.
What this service does not promise
This is a writing and positioning service. Bookings depend on factors outside the listing itself — seasonality, your rates, your reviews, your photos, and how the platform ranks you. No specific increase in bookings, occupancy or revenue is guaranteed, and none should be inferred.
Ownership
Once payment clears, the delivered copy is yours. You can edit, publish and reuse it without restriction. I may reference the work as an anonymised portfolio sample unless you ask me not to.
Your material
Anything you send me — listing details, photos, booking data — is used only to produce your deliverable and is not shared with anyone else.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
